**Product Description**
Lock the cab down like a full-size truck with this scale metal cab latch. It is made for 1/14 truck cabs and holds the driver's cabin firmly on the chassis - push the lever down and the sprung hook locks the cab in place, lift the lever and the cab is free to tilt forward on its hinge bracket.
Because the lock is a real mechanism you can see, it also adds a small scale detail that stands out on a finished truck. Built from stainless steel and aluminum alloy, the latch stays rigid and holds its tension through many open-and-close cycles.
Mounting screws are included, and the latch is designed to work together with a cab tilt hinge bracket (flip bracket, not included).

**Compatibility**

Universal mounting: the latch fixes with its own supplied screws, so it can be fitted to most 1/14 cab shells and chassis - check the clearance behind the cab before tightening the screws.
Use together with a cab tilt hinge bracket (flip bracket). The bracket is NOT included.
Fits 1/14 cabs for trucks such as Mercedes-Benz Actros, Scania, Volvo FH and MAN TGX.
No electronics, servo or linkage is required.
