Product Description
A complete hydraulic power unit for 1/14 scale construction models - the brushless motor, the gear pump, the pressure valve, the gauge and the oil tank all sit in one aluminium alloy body. The tank is built in, so there is no separate tank to buy and no room to find for it on the chassis.
It is built for the machines that work hardest, and above all for 1/14 hydraulic excavators such as the R926 and other scale diggers with a hydraulic arm: a digger drives a boom, an arm and a bucket, so it needs real pressure and real flow, not just enough to lift one tipper ram.
The circuit needs two runs of hose - one out to the cylinder and one back - and the set gives you a single 50cm length to cut into both, so you can trim each run to the length your model needs.
With the tank built in, no extra parts in the oil path and the unit sealed as one assembly, there is nothing to weep or drip however long you run it.
Pressure is adjustable from 0 to 10 MPa, and 6 MPa is the range we recommend for day-to-day use; the built-in gauge on the top plate lets you set the pressure and read it at a glance, without adding a separate gauge to the model.
The 3536-300KV brushless outrunner drives a steel gear pump at roughly 400 ml/min, and the pressure valve stem is 304 stainless steel.
It runs on a 2S or 3S LiPo pack - the batteries most 1/14 builds already carry. It needs an external brushless ESC to run, 40A or above recommended, and it takes ISO VG46 hydraulic oil.

The oil tank is built in: all you add is the hose runs to your cylinders and the hydraulic oil. Runs on 2S-3S LiPo. Requires an external brushless ESC (not included), 40A or above recommended, and a spare channel on your receiver to switch the pump.
Use ISO VG46 hydraulic oil. Check the pressure rating of your hose and cylinder before raising the pressure. The ESC, oil and the vehicles shown in the photos are not included.

Note
This is a hydraulic upgrade part for 1/14 RC models, not a full-size hydraulic pump.
The pump must be driven by a brushless ESC - it cannot be plugged straight into a receiver.
Use a 40A or higher brushless ESC. Run it on a 2S or 3S LiPo pack; do not exceed 3S (11.1V).
The oil tank is built into the pump body; no separate tank has to be fitted.
The oil hose is supplied as one 50cm length: cut it into two runs - one from the pump out to the cylinder, one back - to complete the circuit. Cut each run to the length your model needs.
Set the pressure within 10 MPa and keep everyday working pressure within 6 MPa.
Check that your hose and cylinder are rated for the pressure you set.
Use ISO VG46 hydraulic oil; do not run the pump without oil.
